Municipal Water Tower Project

Working with a long established client who designs, builds and installs water towers throughout North America, we cut, bevel and roll the large plates required to fabricate a tower that will hold a million or more gallons of water.

These plates are 10 feet wide and 40 feet long. The bigger surface area reduces weld time in the field and the fact that the plates are perfectly squared and bevelled makes the field welder’s job that much easier and more precise. After all, you don’t want these things to leak.
