Our history

Double R Steel was established in 1994 in Kitchener, Ontario in response to a need for re-squaring, bevelling and rolling of plate steel for Ontario-based metal fabricators and OEM's.

The business has grown and outgrown locations over time, and in February 2016 set up shop at 380 Thompson Dr., Cambridge, Ontario.

Our new location, with 30,000 sq.ft. of fully-craned manufacturing space, allows us to continue delivering on-time, top quality plate and structural processing to fabricators, engineering firms and OEM's.
