High Definition CNC Plasma Cutting

The production process begins with a State of the Art Messer HPR260XD Plasma cutting system.

This machine runs up and down 100 feet of track over two 10' X 40' water tables. It runs fast and makes incredibly accurate cuts and precise holes and slots.

Besides cutting plate, our ProNest software, with Hypertherm's "True

Hole" technology allows for optimum nesting, etching and top quality cuts every time.

Scribing is another great feature of this machine as cutouts for shapes or holes can be etched in the plate to save layout time later on in the fabrication process.
